1. Copyright Notice (DMCA)

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized representative), send a written notice to our copyright contact with sufficient detail for verification.

2. Required Information

Please include the following in your notice:

• Your legal name and contact email.
• Description of the copyrighted work.
• The exact URL on TgramLink where the listing appears.
• A good-faith statement and authority statement.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe a listing was disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with supporting evidence. We review counter-notices in good faith.

4. Urgent Safety Reports

For urgent safety categories (CSAM/underage, NCII, doxxing, trafficking), use the same contact email and mark the subject as URGENT SAFETY. Such reports are prioritized for immediate soft-hide while under review.

Target handling times: urgent safety within 24 hours when possible; copyright notices within 72 hours when possible.
