Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

By using TgramLink, you agree to these Terms. TgramLink is an independent directory/index of Telegram links. We do not host Telegram messages, media, or channels. Content availability and ownership are controlled by Telegram and channel/group admins.

2. User Submissions

You are responsible for any link or metadata you submit. Submissions must comply with applicable law and these Terms.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not submit or promote content involving any of the following:

• Underage sexual content or CSAM.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
• Doxxing, personal-data abuse, or targeted harassment.
• Sexual violence, exploitation, or human trafficking.
• Malware, fraud, phishing, or other illegal activity.
• Copyright infringement and unauthorized distribution.

4. Notice and Takedown

We may hide, delist, or remove listings based on credible reports or internal review.

• Urgent safety lane (CSAM/underage, NCII, doxxing, trafficking): prioritized for immediate soft-hide during review. Target response: within 24 hours or sooner when possible.
• Copyright lane (DMCA): reviewed through our DMCA process. Target response: within 72 hours when possible.

Response times are operational targets, not guarantees.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate listing visibility, reject submissions, or block repeat offenders when policy violations are detected.

6. Liability Limitation

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TgramLink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
